Mom Strong Strength enables women to work out alongside their children while concentrating on their own strength and functional movement patterns. Classes incorporate a full-body strength training workout using various equipment in a circuit training setting. These classes may include conditioning, muscular endurance, postnatal-specific core work, balance and flexibility. Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains and a stronger core. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other women in your community.

BARRE

Barre is a full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class focuses on strengthening and toning the muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body posture and alignment.
The class is a series of low-impact, high-intensity exercises performed at the barre and on the mat. Vanessa will guide you through a combination of strength-training exercises, stretching, and balance work, all set to energizing music. She will provide modifications to accommodate different fitness levels.
By attending Vanessa's barre class at Framework Fitness, you can expect to improve your overall strength, flexibility, and stamina, while also enhancing your body awareness and posture. It's a fun and challenging workout that is suitable for all fitness levels.
POWER

Let’s do this! Let’s build some muscle and increase our power. This power class will enable busy women to work out alongside their children while concentrating on building their own strength and functional movement patterns. This class incorporates full body, upper body and leg day focused power/strength workouts with an added bit of cardio training to get the blood really pumping. We will be using various equipment, weights and bands in a circuit training session. These classes may include conditioning, muscle endurance, postnatal specific core work, balance and flexibility training. Benefits from being active is increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains and a stronger core. This is a terrific opportunity to connect with other women in your community.
FIT FRIENDS - 50/50

Fit Friends is a new class where our 60 min session is split 50/50 between movement and mingling. We know community and connection is a such an important piece in peoples postpartum journey and we are pleased to provide a safe space to make these connections with other women in your community. In this class women are able to workout alongside their children while concentrating on their own strength and functional movement patterns.
These classes may include conditioning, muscular endurance, postnatal specific core work, balance and flexibility. Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains, a stronger core, and potentially new best friends.

Build your Strength in this challenging PLYO HIIT ( Plyometrics + High Intensity Interval Training) class. This class enables women to workout alongside their babies. In this class, members move alongside each other to achieve similar movement patterns (not a circuit) using varied equipment: small weights, exercise bands, steps and bodyweight movements for an energizing and fun workout. Each class may include Plyometrics, High Intensity Interval Training, conditioning, muscular endurance, postnatal specific core work, balance and flexibility. Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains and a stronger core. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other women in your community.
KIDS YOGA

Kids Yoga is a mix of Yoga poses, Yoga-based games and some relaxation for your little ones to explore on their own with Denise.
As a previous ECE for 16yrs, Denise uses her child-centred skills and yoga teaching style to create a warm, friendly environment for your little ones.
Open to ages 5-8yrs old
Classes are 1 hr in length
Open to any level of practice, our Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence.
BABY AND ME

Join Denise for this series in a nurturing and inviting space for both parent and baby to feel comfortable and supported. Classes are kept to lower enrolment for a more intimate and safe space. Classes are designed for easy movement for parents with some baby-enhanced poses. The classes can include Baby Yoga, Baby massage, and group dancing. Will include laughs, sharing and community building!
Babies should be at least 8 weeks old before joining a Baby and Me Yoga class. The class is suitable for babies up to movement stage. Crawlers please register for Movers and Me Yoga.

Join Denise for a loving and fun movement-based class. Nurture your body with slow yoga and deep breaths while little ones - crawling to preschool age (under 4 years old ) explore alongside you in a safe, shared environment.
